Yeah, Its Burning

My, my, my. Boot Camp video this morning...added 10 more minutes for a total of 40 and increased my weights from 3's to 5's. Yeah, I was feeling that at my desk this morning. But I also decided I should do yoga at lunch...running is making me tight and yoga sure helps loosen things up. However. We did ALOT of plank. And my shoulders are on FIRE. It will be interesting to see how they feel tomorrow...and thank goodness its a running day so I can put the focus in my legs and off of my poor arms emoticon
