What can you improve upon?

My goal was to work on portion control. I've been doing pretty good watching my portion sizes but not nearly as well with variety. I still really need to work on adding more fruits and vegetables into my diet.

    Variety is the spice of life. Just try one new one a week. In a year you will have tried 52 new ones.

    I seen a picture of a kiwi turtle on line, was made with banana slices long way, and kiwi on top then banana again then kiwi curving at the top. and of course added kiwi feet, head and tail. I can imagine these being made individual servings, they are so cute.

    Good luck with that. Every time I go to the store I buy a new fruit or veggie (or other healthy snack), that I have never tried before. It has been kind of fun!
