I'm thinking Mini-goals

I've been thinking a lot about motivation and how to get motivated and stay motivated. And I've decided to break it down into little mini-goals. When I think of the overall goal, I wind up depressed and thinking it's impossible. So a series of mini-goals with appropriate rewards is in order.

My first mini-goal will be ten pounds and the reward will be a manicure. I'm giving myself two weeks to hit this goal.

    Love your mini goal idea but 10 pounds is a whole lot of weight to drop in two weeks. Wishing you the best of luck on your weight loss journey!

  Good Luck! Mini goals are a great way to stay motivated. You can do this! 10lbs in 2 weeks though is a lot!
