I can't believe it's already March and that this week is halfway over! I really lost my motivation and momentum last month and am ready to get going again. I also started the Advocare 24-day challenge today so hopefully that will help me break through this plateau and stay accountable.
My goals for March:
700 total fitness minutes
lose 6 pounds
4 servings of fruits/veggies per day
