My goal is to burn a pound.

Last week I upped my fitness to 2000 calories a week and surpassed it, by a lot.

I feel pretty good. This week I set the goal for at least 3500. I burned more than that last week and lost a pound. It seems fitting. Burn 3500 calories, that is a pound.

After tonight's Zumba class I will already almost be there. I am feeling great and motivated.

I can burn a pound a week!

    I do Zumba. You can burn 600-800 or more calories per hour depending on how much you move. I do an hour twice a week at a class, and then I do Zumba on my Wii at home (that estimates calorie burn for your weight). I also walk and go to the gym sometimes.

I am not a gym or fitness junkie. Just enjoying dancing whenever possible.
