The plan for today (March 6)

Yesterday, I followed the plan. I even STAYED WITHIN MY CALORIES!! emoticon I didn't get to meditate because I near fell asleep on my laptop while tracking my daily doings... meditation not required at that point.


Today's plan looks much like yesterday's (without the funk)
emoticon drink my water.
emoticon avoid caffeine for the rest of the day.
emoticon stay within calorie range.
emoticon eat AT LEAST 5 servings of freggies.
emoticon run 5 kms emoticon meditate before bed. (5-10 minutes)
