I preordered the new Spark book and one of the bonuses is a three month membership to SparkCoach. The first exercise is to visualize reaching my ultimate fitness goal. I find this exercise surprising because it doesn't say to visualize my ultimate weight loss goal or to visualize my body when I reach that goal or even to visualize myself at a healthy weight! So what is my ultimate fitness goal? Is it to work out consistently 5 days a week, week in and week out? Is it to run a half or full marathon without walking? Is it to compete in an Ironman? Is it to play, hike and ride bikes with my kids without them having to wait for me to catch my breath? I'm not sure! Looks like I've got some major thinking to do before I can complete this visualization!!
