What do you all like to do to get out of your comfort zone? I've been trying to look for ways to get out of my comfort zone and change things up a bit... I thought about adding P90x Plus to my routine (P90x Plus is an add-on program for P90x) - but after looking at it, it looks a bit too advanced right now. I think right now I'm going to stick with continuing to challenge myself with my weight workouts, increasing weight whenever I can and lowering the stirrup on my Chin-Up Max whenever chin-ups get too easy for me. Any other ideas you all have would be appreciated though!
