5) What can you improve upon?
I read Kayelene's (sorry forgot to comment - will have to go back!) and it sounded like it was what I would write!!!
Here's what Kayelene said...
I need to build up my fitness so that I can do cardio exercise for about an hour. I want to be able to walk 5Kms on the treadmill. I also need to get back into the habit of regularly doing strength training exercises.
I usually do a 1/2 hr treadmill and/or dvd here and there. Occasionally I will do a 4 mile Sansone walking dvd. But today I went out for a break and did my walk in the building next door that has stairs. From 1st floor to 3rd floor is 40 steps. My legs are usually my strongest and arms weekest but I've been lacking enough exercise lately so I could feel it in my legs in the last section of the steps (it's 10 turn, 10 turn, 10 turn and 10 then walk stright down the hall and then go down! Then do it again - after getting up the second set of 40 I could hear thumping in my ears and legs were getting sore - okay need improvement here! Look like now it's upper and lower that need some help. I better do some tonight!!! Is anyone going to join me?
