It's been awhile since weighing myself; two weeks ago a very close friend came to visit for about 5 days. We ate out a fair bit, and I didn't pay attention to portions, and I didn't do a whole lot of exercise while he was here. So I was scared to get on the scale. But in 2 1/2 weeks I've lost 2 pounds, so yey! This is slower than it has been, but it's still weight loss. And today I also decided to plug my numbers into the BMI calculator. A few months ago I was balancing on the precipice between "overweight" and "obese". That was scary. I never want to be obese. Today I'm right in the middle of the "overweight" category. To see that progress made me go emoticon And I think my goal of being in the 140's by my birthday in 2 months is very doable.
