Back on Track - making this habit stick! Day 5 Improvement Plan

Walked the dogs outside for about 20 minutes - should say hiked. We cut through the snow in the woods looking for deer. Lots of tracks but no deer - very icy in some places.
Walked again on the treadmill for 30 minutes - feeling good about it all.
Still ok with my water intake, portion control except I love eating nuts and have to measure each one. Tracking is good, attitude is good.
Gonna unlearn my bad habits by building new ones.
