I can improve upon stress level, when concerned about family members. I tend to worry, when I don't hear from someone. I should remember, No News is Good News!
I should also remember to just pick up the phone and call them.
I should also remember to get out and stay busy talking to people, and than I won't be worried, that something is wrong.
Usually they are just busy with their own lives, Grandma's need to realize this, lol.
Strategy Exercise early, drink water or dandelion tea in early morning to hydrate. Enjoy a smoothie, today was 1 avocado,6 oz blueberries, 1 T flaxseed ground, 1 T peanut butter and 1 teaspoon ginger,12 oz mango juice +6 ice cubes, made in blender.
Lunch will be mixed salad w/spinach and canned salmon, in the middle with balsamic dressing. I can improve upon this by not adding miracle whip to salmon, instead add no fat greek yogurt, or balsamic dressing depending on what I have available. (another improvement, make sure I have what I need so that may mean I need to plan a menu)
