Goal: eating normal utilizing menu planning.
5) What can you improve upon?
Wow, where do I begin?
There is always room for improvement.
Start small I guess.
My tracking will help support my menu planning. I need to make sure I track even if I know that my food choices fit into my plan.
It will serve as a record not only to show what I need to do to maintain healthy eating, but when I start to slip I have something to reflect back on and use it as a tool to get back on track.
