Total Lost This Week: 1.4 pounds
What did I do to lose the weight?
-Actually ate in my calorie range every day (I noticed that I was not eating ENOUGH!)
-Did circuit training when I could actually breathe (have been sick)
What do I need to work on:
-Working out more than twice a week!
-Keeping consistent with my water intake on my days off.
-Work on reducing sodium and increasing potassium
I am going to write another update blog, but I want to keep my Wednesday blogs about progress and goals.
