Habit to Make. (Winter to Spring Challenge)

So the requirement of my current challenge is to blog about habits. So one that I am working on now is to walk (eventually run) a mile per day. Just so I don't fail at MY HABIT choice, I am going to shoot for 5 times per week.

    I enjoy walking. The weather hasn't been the best so it's been more inside than out but hopefully soon I'll be enjoying doing it outdoors again. You didn't say how much you plan on walking a day but it doesn't matter as long as you start at a point that is good for you and increase it as you go. It is really great exercise.

    Walking is great exercise! I did it all fall and then had a cardio endurance test and was suprised that I have pretty good endurance without running!

    Great idea! I enjoy walking every day and I don't think I will ever try running or jogging.

    Excellent idea. Walking can make you fitter as well as help you to feel better.
