1) What new habit you wish to develop?
I don't really have a new habit to develop, but rather a bad habit that I would like to change. I have a really bad coffee habit. I can drink up to as many as 10 cups of coffee a day. I drink my coffee black with splenda so it doesn't really effect my calorie intake, but it is still not a great habit. So I would like to get to the point that I am only drinking 1 or 2 cups a day.
2) How will you do that?
My plan is to slowly cut it out. In the morning when I get to work the first thing I do is fill my coffee cup. This week I have been also filling my water cup. This way I when I finish my first cup I already have water at my desk and I am less likely to go get more coffee.
3) What are you doing to encourage yourself and keep on track?
I am going to start tracking my coffee cups through out the day on my nutrition tracker.
