I don't really consider it stress, it's just a weigh-in and it's disappointing at times. I guess in today's society they consider everything stress. I can see where real stress factors can have a negative impact on weight loss, (ie, work, loss of a loved one, family issues, drama) but life is full of ups and downs. They are what they are, and sometimes we have to do a work-around, but life goes on and it will all come out in the wash. My motto, Just keep-on, keepin-on!
