Today I start Dr. Ian Smith's SHRED Diet. I am both excited and apprehensive. I like to eat. I love the way food tastes, the feeling of it in my mouth, and the satisfaction of it. But I realize I need to change the way I eat and what I eat. That being the case I think this SHRED diet will do me some good. It gives me options and a schedule by which to eat. I'll be tracking my journey here. I have confidence that things will go well.
