The topic under discussion today is "What can you improve upon?" That is one loaded question. The first answer that popped into my head was, "Everything." But, you know, that's not actually true. As I have been going along on my journey, little by little I'm feeling stronger, more confident, in control if you will, and all the other "stuff" needing improvement is magically improving. I guess this is what you would call the domino effect.
Bottom line, by improving my health first, I'm getting a lot of bang for my reno buck!!!
