I’m struggling to keep up with the 5% challenge. I’m afraid I’m letting my team down by not being able to devote the required time on a daily basis. I’m trying to keep up with this week's blogging challenge by cramming everything into one day.
The New Healthy Habit I’m cultivating this week is to work on loving and appreciating my body.
How do I intend to do this?
Day 1-2-3-4:
1. Wrote the blog Who Are You, but didn’t get to post it. Posting today.
2. Write a blog about the benefits of not being “at war” with my body that I’ve experienced this week and post it by tomorrow.
3. Continue yoga practice and daily meditation to promote mind/body connection.
4. Tuck my shirt into my pants (when appropriate) and practice not hiding myself.
Good luck to everyone in the 5% challenge and all my spark friends on successfully working toward a healthy you this week.
I got to see this painting recently and wanted to share it with everyone. Not quite the same here as in person, but beautiful in it's own right.
