I LIKE my routine! I really do! Plus, since I'm battling Osteoporosis, walking/jogging is one of the best things I can do. PLUS, I have less than perfect knees (knee replacement surgery looms in my near future!) So what's a dedicated Spark person to do? I will soon need to change up my strength training, not quite ready to do that yet since it is still a challenging workout. But I have added the Random setting to the treadmill and this has provided a needed change. It's fun to go from 4 mph to 6 mph, but I have to be smart and not blow out my knees totally. Even if I can't go as fast as I would like right now, I have a great thought that keeps me going. I'm way ahead of those that are not doing anything. I can do this! One step at a time. GO JUDY!
