Oh, I did really well yesterday! I hate about 5 veggies and fruits, mostly veggies! Drank my water and went for a walk. It really helps to eat right when you have the groceries already in the house:)
The last 2 days I have weighed at 163, so that is another pound off, if it stays until Saturday's weigh in, I will be happy!
