So Day 5 was great because we got about a foot of snow and I stayed home from work and rather than acting like a slug, which I would normally do, I worked out for an hour - 30 minutes on the bike and 30 minutes of yoga. While I'm still struggling with my balance, it is getting better and I'm feeling stronger in my core. I am DEFINITELY sleeping better, not really waking up during the night much at all, and I feel more rested when I get up. I'm still frustrated that the weight isn't moving with my body but I'm trying to ignore that. I know that what I'm doing is good for me and will eventually benefit my weight loss so I'll just keep plugging along with my workouts and keep giving my scale the chance to do the right thing!
