Weigh in was today and i lost another 3.4 pounds for the week. Things are coming off that i cannot believe. I just wish my belly would not look like i am pregnant. I am going to look up ab workouts this week and see what i can find. The inches are coming off slowly, but that is a good thing. I want that to take time and do this right so I don't gain this weight back.
Eating healthier is helping too. I cannot believe how many recipes i am making from Spark, either online or in the cook book that have been so delicious. I cannot complain about any of them. I made the basic pizza dough last night for dinner and only ate one piece. ONE. I am usually a 3 piece pizza eater but this was sooooo good.
Now i have 18lbs to get to my goal weight. I am so excited!
