Moments ago, I have complted the 15-minute workout by Shaun T of Hip Hop Abas and Insanity on Doctor Oz. I must say that 15-minute work out worked me! I really enjoyed it;although I was out of the breath the entire time and I had to stop a few times. Nevertheless, it was great. I got a bit emotional when Shaun T told the audience to give it up (clap) for the people at home who joined them in the exercise. I take the encouragement from anywhere, okay!
