The 30 Day Shred is actually going well (so far). Took Saturday off & Shredded Sunday and Monday. Took yesterday off (just did cardio) and am fixin' to rise up and go exercise.
I am really anxious to see some results. And I like the fact that it's only 20 minutes, and seems so do-able. Not easy, but I can make it through the workouts. At the same time, though, since it includes strength training and I'm working my muscles to fatigue-- I'm thinking that I really ought to be doing it just every other day and not on consecutive days.
Which means it will take a lot longer than 30 days to do a 30 Day Shred. (sigh) Whatever.
