Update on the Shred

The 30 Day Shred is actually going well (so far). Took Saturday off & Shredded Sunday and Monday. Took yesterday off (just did cardio) and am fixin' to rise up and go exercise.

I am really anxious to see some results. And I like the fact that it's only 20 minutes, and seems so do-able. Not easy, but I can make it through the workouts. At the same time, though, since it includes strength training and I'm working my muscles to fatigue-- I'm thinking that I really ought to be doing it just every other day and not on consecutive days.

Which means it will take a lot longer than 30 days to do a 30 Day Shred. (sigh) Whatever.

    Hey, don't sweat it! I don't do the 30 day shred every day either. Its important for our muscles to recover. I do it every other day, typically. Sometimes every 3rd day depends on my mood and what other exercises I want to get done. So what if you dont get results in exactly 30 days, what matters is you are sticking to it for what works for your body! Keep up the good work!
