i won't say i've been bad.. but i haven't been good either, i've hit a bump in the road to my goal. I'd fallen into the complacency trap. It had become too easy and instead of looking for ways to make it more challenging.. i basically just went ehhh.. it's easy now.. BUT my w.o.b. and i figured out what our problem was.. coupled with a decided lack of weight loss (which we are attributing to muscle gain.. LoL) it's the INTENSITY... we needed to challenge ourselves. Thus we have began a new chapter, one in which the past two weeks we have been pushing and sweating our way forward. We've regained that "wow what a workout" high that we had somehow lost, and, as she rightly said, we had COMPLETELY overlooked the fact that we felt BeTTeR, which we had been trying to convince ourselves was the ultimate "reason" we were working out. Then why did we become discouraged when we felt better but didn't see weight loss! We have rectified this problem and so i say Kudos to us! we saw a problem and didn't let it make the decisions for us. We decided that was not acceptable and we changed it. I'm sorry if this seems a little boastful, but it's a big step for the both of us to not fall into our prior behaviourand break it down into something negative that would ultimately end up in our giving up. Onwards and Upwards!!!
