Yesterday: Treadmill inclines - hour; no lunch time videos took a nap; 10 jacks; 25 squats; 45 sec plank; 12 push-ups knees down; - no weights
Today: Gym, weights, 45 sec plank; 35 squats and 10 jacks
I changed my planks to 45 seconds from 1.25. I'm not at a 1.25 yet as I've skipped quite a few days and I see I'm struggling to hold it. I have to stop and start 2-3 times. I can almost hold a 45 second plank easily so until I'm sure on that I'll stay right around there. Plus my arms/shoulders are sore from the weights. Now push-ups I was like dying to make 12 what!!! Gotta work on that. I messed up on my squats yesterday I thought I was to do 25 but it was 30. I did up my jacks to 10 so I'm good. I forgot to print out my bodybuild workout yesterday so I got to do that after this blog is done. I also need to printout my March calendar for home.
Today I'm feeling pretty good. Got plenty of sleep last nite. Went to bed by 9:30 and only woke once and right back to sleep. Didn't want to get up today that's for sure.
Well that's it for me today. I've had my breakfast, logged it in and will be sure to drink all of my water today as well as eat within range. I'm craving a chicken ceasar salad so I guess that will be dinner tonight. Have a blessed day
Tomorrow is BL@work weigh-in and my official at home weigh-in. I don't know what to expect but I'm hoping my body fat is getting better. I ate well yesterday made it to the top end of my calories and had 330 calories leftover. I managed to get in all my meals yesterday as well.
