Oh Good Grief...What Can't I improve upon!!

Wednesday, March 06, 2013

Today's challenge is what can you improve upon. I think I could take anything in my day to day life and improve it. The human mind is amazing and we can change anything if we apply our minds to it. But in order not to have a nervous breakdown trying to improve too many things at once, it was very wise to be asked to change or concentrate on changing one habit, (and thus creating the new habit we had to develop to change that one habit). " Wow, that sentence rattled on didn't it?"
Any hoo, I can improve day to day my bad habit of drinking too much coffee by concentrating on that one habit I want to change. I don't want to get distracted and run off wily nily to another thing I need to change. When I do that I never accomplish anything all the way. So I will continue to think before I have another cup until it becomes habit "not to have that other cup".
And btw, I am awesome, and doing great!!

Hi, well I am a tea drinker but I know it is very hard for people to cut back on coffee. You are doing great contemplating on reducing your intake. Your right, no sense trying to change 5 different things at once. One thing at a time is great! emoticon emoticon June

lol , I wasn't drinking too much coffee but I did daily . lately I barely can drink my morning cup, I don't know why . I don't have anything else to replace it with. green tea makes my stomach ache , herbal tea is ew and I can't spend my morning dealing with its after effects emoticon . maybe you just have to reduce it a little emoticon

Are you kidding me, you even contemplated adding one more thing to give up? You are doing an amazing job with coffee and it so difficult. Cut yourself some slack cutie! Love that last line. Glad you are keeping up the February challenge and still loving you! emoticon

When I first started ,I use to drink allot of diet sodas . I started drinking water therefore I drank less soda, then before I knew it, i wasn't drinking them at all. I had one Christmas , it took me all day to drink it,well I didn't drink it all. Coffee I use to drink a pot a day now I drink 4 cups sometimes 5. This I won't completely give up. You can cut down. emoticon
