Today's challenge is what can you improve upon. I think I could take anything in my day to day life and improve it. The human mind is amazing and we can change anything if we apply our minds to it. But in order not to have a nervous breakdown trying to improve too many things at once, it was very wise to be asked to change or concentrate on changing one habit, (and thus creating the new habit we had to develop to change that one habit). " Wow, that sentence rattled on didn't it?"
Any hoo, I can improve day to day my bad habit of drinking too much coffee by concentrating on that one habit I want to change. I don't want to get distracted and run off wily nily to another thing I need to change. When I do that I never accomplish anything all the way. So I will continue to think before I have another cup until it becomes habit "not to have that other cup".
And btw, I am awesome, and doing great!!
