BLC21 Weeks 5 & 6 Updates ...

the day that we weigh in for BLC21 and post our weekly results. This week I lost 1 pound
and last week I lost 5 pounds
for a total weight loss of 24.5 since January 2, 2013.
I am really excited to see that I am going to be able to meet my next goal of 29 pounds by April 10th. I was thinking that maybe that was too much of a stretch goal but now I know
I am still struggling with making exercise a priority, I have decided to start "streaking" again. I had started a streak before but I had felt that it was putting too much pressure on myself to manage the streak and I stopped. I think that by setting a streak it helps me to push myself to manage my time. It is all about time management for me. So today I officially start my "Change Streak" again. My requirements for my streak are:
1. Track daily and completely.
2. Drink 80 ounces of water daily.
3. Get a minimum of 10 minutes of planned exercise daily.
We are heading into the final 6 weeks of the BLC21 and I am so pumped! Thanks for all the support from all my sparkfriends ... it means so much to me to know that I have such a great support structure!
