This challenge is a learning experience for me , I didn't realize that the food fitness wellness program IS a lifestyle change!!
Fortunately I'm a little more ready to incorpate these changes more walking which is what I been working on for a while. The wellness part supporting a SP Friend who going through a tough time or looking to see what i can do something different that I can enjoy.
If you came to me 6 years ago that I would do SP I wouldn't neccary believe you because I wasn't ready for changes then ( you have show some visuals from the future to convince me)!
The blogging everyday is a bit tricky coming up with ideas for this challenge and the food journey is the hardest to change for me but working on small changes at a time. Sometimes sharing my disappointments or frustrations are hard to admit sometimes.
I LEARN a LOT from SP even though I'm not on the diet route , I use this for other reasons: to build a new connection of supportive people , find new interests I might enjoy, learn new topics on wellness and others things! Thank you to all of my Sparkfriends for helping me on this important journey in my life!
