Healthy Blog Day #5: What can you improve upon?

"Two roads diverged in the woods and
I took the one less traveled by and
THAT has made all the difference!"

As I choose to make variety of exercise, increasing my fiber levels and decreasing my fat levels in my diet a priority this week I am also choosing to see this as a new commitment to change in these 3 areas of my health for a lifetime. Each day that I write this blog and stay on track with these changes, I find myself excited to see how they will effect my long term health and I also see that it is not as hard to change these as I thought. I believe that LONG TERM COMMITMENT is the best improvement I can make as it is often much easier to change behavior once I have something to motivate me in making it for a few days and get started!!
Thank you Teddy Bear Team and 5% challenge leaders for this assignment and also for your support and encouragement this week as we as a team seek to make healthy changes for the long run and for our health!!

    Two wonderful thoughts, long term commitments and Thanks to our challenge leaders for this great assignment. It has really improved my thoughts about fitness and health even though all of the blogging is taking quite a toll on my work productivity. :-(

    Commitment is the key to success. And keeping a long-range focus gets you over the minor setbacks. After the news yesterday that I'm a borderline diabetic (despite my great improvements), I certainly have a new (and stronger) commitment to make sure I eat healthy!
