Healthy Blog Day #5: What can you improve upon?

THAT has made all the difference!"

As I choose to make variety of exercise, increasing my fiber levels and decreasing my fat levels in my diet a priority this week I am also choosing to see this as a new commitment to change in these 3 areas of my health for a lifetime. Each day that I write this blog and stay on track with these changes, I find myself excited to see how they will effect my long term health and I also see that it is not as hard to change these as I thought. I believe that LONG TERM COMMITMENT is the best improvement I can make as it is often much easier to change behavior once I have something to motivate me in making it for a few days and get started!!
Thank you Teddy Bear Team and 5% challenge leaders for this assignment and also for your support and encouragement this week as we as a team seek to make healthy changes for the long run and for our health!!
