Last night's Dare to Lose Challenge

The challenge between the green (my team) and the yellows was extremely hard.
We each had to do 10 stations and were individually timed from the start of the first one till we finished the last. We were allowed to rest or get water, but our individual times kept ticking away. The stations were 1. Farmer Carry with two 25 lb. Kettle bell wgts. for two round trips of about 50 yards.
2. 100 step ups 3. Up and down the circular steps from the 1st floor to the third floor four times. 4. 100 pull ups on the web straps. 5. Back up to the boxing room on the second floor for 100 squat thrusts with a 12 pound kettle bell weight.
6. 100 calories on the elliptical.
7. Back to the boxing room and lifting four 25 lb. plates from the floor to the top of a stack of wooden boxes at should height. 10 times.
8 Lifting the medicine balls over head and slamming them to the floor 50 times. 9. Back to the first floor and go .25 miles on the treadmill at incline of 15.m
10. 100 crunches. I was the slowest to get done on both teams, but at least I finished.
This is the first time a challenge has made me cry. I had a mini breakdown between the pull ups and kettle bell thrusts. I was just overwhelmed for a couple of minutes.
