I'm happy about that, but I know myself. I need to concentrate on moving forward, not counting up the number of pounds I COULD have had off if I had not had that bad week.
(You know what we can do with numbers..."instead of gaining 3 lbs, I could have lost 2 lbs. Then when I lost 2 lbs. this week, I could add that for a total 5 lbs. loss. So I lost that opportunity, and in 2 weeks I have a net gain of 1 lb.) THAT is what I need to let go of...Now. Onto this week and progress again.
I think I've got my motivation back! (I hope I do?)
