New habits may not be new

Well, after giving up on the awful, and not very smart, 8 hour thing, I went a little nuts with the late night eating. Ugh. I am back on track and even though I was hungry after our ballroom dancing class, I did not snack. That voice in my head said to go and get something but luckily I did not listen.
My healthy habit for today is to really watch every bite that goes in my mouth and while I will not be counting calories, I will be careful. Having a breakfast at the office today so I am hanging in there until then and having a few berries to keep the metabolism up and be patient.
