at a standstill but still workin at it

Wednesday, March 06, 2013

I have found that I don't get enough fiber in my diet which causes me to not lose weight at the rate I'd like. I find it difficult to get enough fiber to keep me regular and most high fiber foods (like Fiber One products) do nothing but make me miserable. A friend recommended I try taking a fiber pill once a day t help with it. I purchased them last fall but had not been using them until now. But, rather than taking the recommended 5 pills for next day relief I just take one a day to help things along on a more regular basis. Hopefully this works. I have always had problems with constipation and not eating enough fiber so hopefully this is a healthy decision.

Have you looked up the ingredients in the pill? I know what you mean about Fiber one. What I don't understand about fiber products on the market is why they have to add so much sugar to them. As far as digestion goes, you also have fiber products with things like wheat, soy, etc in them and not everyone is good with wheat. Wheat makes me nauseated sometimes. You could also try kale. Hope this works out for you.
