I have found that I don't get enough fiber in my diet which causes me to not lose weight at the rate I'd like. I find it difficult to get enough fiber to keep me regular and most high fiber foods (like Fiber One products) do nothing but make me miserable. A friend recommended I try taking a fiber pill once a day t help with it. I purchased them last fall but had not been using them until now. But, rather than taking the recommended 5 pills for next day relief I just take one a day to help things along on a more regular basis. Hopefully this works. I have always had problems with constipation and not eating enough fiber so hopefully this is a healthy decision.
