5) What can you improve upon?

I can improve on my water intake since I am doing an intense workout program.
I am sweating it out and must replace the fluids I am losing. emoticon emoticon emoticon

I need to also make sure I get plenty of sleep. My work schedule has my sleep cycle all screwed up, but I must get enough sleep. Sleep also helps with weight loss.

Working nights has my schedule all messed up too. I need to figure out a way to squeeze in a nap or something. And those babies are so cute. :)

Sleep and water are two of the hardest things for me to keep up on as well! And both so important. I can definitely also improve on both, though the sleep thing is a tough fix for me. But we can do it!

I forgot how important water intake is in weight loss. When it's cold, I tend to not drink water. This challenge has really helped me in that respect.
Good luck with your changes. We're all rooting you on!
(Stay safe with today's snow!)
