It's been a couple of days now . . .

And I can say . . that it's difficult!!
I admit to a bit of a slip up and having a couple of cookies before bed.
But other than that, I guess it is a matter of learning how and when to eat.
I have also been to the Rec center every day this week. I am only doing a mile walk each day, but plan on building to that as the weeks go on, and to add in more equipment. I am thinking next week starting to work on abs. I'll use the press thing and try for 5 good "sit-up" things this every day this next week.
