Today's question on the Starfish team is
What can you improve upon?
Every plan can be improved upon and this is how I am going to improve mine.
1) Sort out the exercises so I am getting in cardio, core, balance and strength exercises.
2) Write down my exercise for the week so it is now a Goal to reach. I will do this by having the exercise written down on a day to day basis. This means I have small achievable goals each day adding up to my weekly goal.
3) Challenges, I love these and have joined teams that have various challenges. My Minutes for March is on my calendar and I can tick off each day as well as keeping the post going on my team.
4) There will be days I will not be able to keep to the plan, hospital appointments or simply life that means changes have to be made. On these days I will get at least 10 minutes exercise in.
By doing these things I will improve my chances of getting the exercise done. Also by building into my plan the times when things are hard I am still able to do something no matter how small. This means I do feel I have failed to keep to my plan when things are not possible to do according to schedule.
I use the Quick Track for my Exercise, Water, Fruit and Vegetable tracking. I find that easier than adding different exercises for week.
