DAY #5...WHAT CAN I IMPROVE ON....

I quite liek this question and I didn't have to think at all very hard for an answer....
I can certainly improve on my portion size....it gets a bit bigger than it should be sometimes so now is the time to peg it back and I know that will make a big difference to my loss rate....this started tonight....

It has been cold and wet here today...I lit the fire before I went out at lunchtime.....brrrr....

Had WW WI today.....lost 9oogrms....a little less than i hoped for however after week 2 I am right on target of my 1.2kg's per week.....amazing.....trusting this continues to last although I won't be tipped if I don't reach that each week as it is a fairly high goal to consistently reach each week however it is keeping my focus on everything that goes in my mouth....as long as it is working for me I will keep it....

Off to watch Biggest Loser....
