DAY #5...WHAT CAN I IMPROVE ON....

I quite liek this question and I didn't have to think at all very hard for an answer....
I can certainly improve on my portion size....it gets a bit bigger than it should be sometimes so now is the time to peg it back and I know that will make a big difference to my loss rate....this started tonight....

It has been cold and wet here today...I lit the fire before I went out at lunchtime.....brrrr....

Had WW WI today.....lost 9oogrms....a little less than i hoped for however after week 2 I am right on target of my 1.2kg's per week.....amazing.....trusting this continues to last although I won't be tipped if I don't reach that each week as it is a fairly high goal to consistently reach each week however it is keeping my focus on everything that goes in my mouth....as long as it is working for me I will keep it....

Off to watch Biggest Loser....

    Great goal and great attention to your intake ... keep going and that weekly goal will be awarded to you as the numbers between intake and fitness balance out. I no that doesn't always work out for a lot of us. But for now it is still an obtainable goal.
Don't get discouraged and keep pushing.
