Question #4 How are you doing day by day?
I would love to say that everything is
s but it isn't. I am taking it one day at a time.
This is something that will take me a while to do. I have many years of negative "programming" to break down.
This is really important to me as it will make such a great impact on not just my weight loss/health journey but on my life.
