Buzzin' to Success

Hey everyone -- just a quite blog tonight. I'm feeling good about my progress so far. I've lost 11 lbs and I've quit stressing about every calorie and ever step. I decided a coupe of weeks ago to track, try to remain within my goals, pay attention to how much I'm moving and sleep better. Much of that is the reason I decided to get my Jawbone UP. It's not a miracle but it's a nice to have tool that makes me aware of time, activity and sleep.

I set it to buzz every 45 minutes that I haven't moved. That way, when I'm at my desk, if it buzzes, I go for a walk...sometimes visiting people and getting in a giggle which is a great stress buster.

I'm tracking my food, steps and sleep through SPARKPeople still and being active on the SparkTeam Boards (I'm the admin for the Jawbone UP) so all in all.... more activity, more sleep and 11 lbs less? What's not to love!
