Lots of goings on today...

I made some great choices today and some not so great. It was a day that unraveled around a few anxiety-inducing happenings and a lack of sleep last night. I'm noticing that a lack of good, consistent sleep really screws up my day to day ability to do what I set out to do. I got some walk time in, not as much as I'd like. Perhaps I would have been better off focusing on achieving better sleep consistently before anything else. Tomorrow is another day.

    I totally agree. Sleep is an essential to a good day. Some days unravel anyway. Hope this one is a lot better.

    When I don't sleep well, and wake up off and on and go out on the couch to read several times a night, my next day is nothing but dragging all day. If you add anxiety inducing stuff to that day, I'm totally wiped out. I too should have picked sleep as a goal. But I've been trying to get better sleep for years, and it just doesn't happen.

    Rest is really important. The nights I toss and turn or get up and play computer games..., well the next day I do not function very well.

    it will be better tomorrow! for me the hours are important too, I feel totally different if I can sleep in the mornings , unfortunately that only happens in week ends and another day or two. I wouldn't change my work schedule though , I don't want to waste all my day there.(we work from 7-8 am to 15-16)
