I made some great choices today and some not so great. It was a day that unraveled around a few anxiety-inducing happenings and a lack of sleep last night. I'm noticing that a lack of good, consistent sleep really screws up my day to day ability to do what I set out to do. I got some walk time in, not as much as I'd like. Perhaps I would have been better off focusing on achieving better sleep consistently before anything else. Tomorrow is another day.
