Healthy Lunch Styles

Wednesday, March 06, 2013

I'm quite proud of myself. A nice 5pp lunch that has left me with points to spare for the day.

I've injured my leg, but I'm walking and low impact exercises.

Hospital again on Monday but i'm feeling less cloudy and more onto it today. I hope i can find myself again and when I come off the medication that everything stays as it should.

I'm quite happy with myself actually. I think that i'm slowly proving to myself that i'm worth more than a chocolate bar and a coffee for lunch. A good lunch helps me last the day - also breaks up the work.

Fingers crossed that the good times continue to roll.

Thanks guys :), I will hopefully keep these small things going and when able to bring on the exercise again and hopefully lose my weight gained by the meds! 6 weeks of meds, 1 week down, 1kg up 5 weeks to go :(

    welcome back to sparking.
Be gentle on that leg and make purposeful intentional movements to prevent hurting it again.
Keep coming back and posting your successes, like your worth is greater than a chocolate bar and a cup of coffee. That is a great self-love proclamation! Way to go you!
