I have seen lots of good ideas Weight Watchers, Liquid Diets, Sugar Detox exercise and many more...
And they are great for some people. I tried Weight Watchers and I even lost 30 pounds using it in the past! Then they changed to the point system and it failed me. I failed it! I manage to stay in my point range and even with adjustments I started gaining again. I probably could love a liquid diet and really enjoy it! Sugar Detox would be a good thing for me. I tend to eat the wrong carbs at times. However, the bottom line is I have had to find my own way of eating and manage it my own way. I can lose weight without exercise! I can lose muscle! I can do lots of things - Including making choices that are best for me!
That said, I NEED EXERCISE to tone my body and to help me feel good. Today I can run a mile and not even break a sweat! I can talk as I run too! When I was 115 pounds I couldn't make a lap around the track. Conclusion. I need to do this for me!!
Be the best you can be! There will be 1200 calorie days and 1700 calorie days! 2100 days too! Some days you will run a Marathon and some days you will eat one! (They are yummy!) Someday soon you might even sit on the couch. Live life not a life sentence! Enjoy your life! Take control. I dont eat meat and recently I have had to give up popcorn too! My body doesn't tolerate them very well! I love them but they make me sick. Go enjoy your popcorn. The new microwave bag bowls are wonderful
