4) How are you doing day by day?
My new habit I am forming this week for the Cloverleaf challenge is to eat 5 freggies every day. I set the goal on Sunday, and I have achieved it every day. Today was a bit of a challenge, but I loaded up on green peas at supper and had an apple for snack to get that produce in. Without the concious effort to make this change, I would have never even thought of it.
