It is definitely day by day. I'm struggling with my first introduction to menopause. This is coming in the form of night sweats. Now for someone who has always been cold, this is really a change. Also I have always slept through the night. I never get up for anything. So to be woken up several times a night for the last two weeks has been quite the challenge. I'm so tired when I do finally get up int he morning, cardio is the last thing I want to do.

Being ready is more important than ever now!!

    I'm so sorry-I made it through mine last year and all I can say is, check out all the things to do to get through it, don't just live with it! It does present many struggles in the mornings, stay flexible! My main problem was I couldn't sleep, my poor hubby! Are you part of the sparkteam for menopause yet? I know it helped me! Anyway, day by day is a! good thing, so is one day at a time! Go for it! emoticon
