The topic of discussion for today is "How are you doing day by day."
I am planning and preparing all my food a week ahead of time and I have made a fitness appointment with myself for each and every day of varying durations. I follow the plan and eat within my calorie range and do the exercise I have scheduled. I wake up each day and execute the plan with enthusiasm. I'm losing weight and feeling healthy. It just doesn't get any better than this.
Oh, and the best part is visiting my Spark Friends every day. You give me strength!!!!
