Challenge Blog - New Habit #1 Part #4

How are you doing day by day? That is the question which I need to answer today. To be honest it is a struggle but I am trying to watch what I eat in the sweets department and eat well at mealtimes. I am working on getting better but habits don't change overnight so I will just keep working towards changing.

    Yes, it is tough to change your habits. I use a calendar to mark the "good" days. Visual reminders do help me. emoticon

    I read the other day that it helps to take an index card, write the habit on it and then make 15 boxes. Check off a box a day for 15 days when you have completed the habit. It takes about 15 days to establish a new habit (so say's the experts). Good luck! emoticon
