Day 4- FITNESS CHALLENGE- Toughest one yet!

P90x - 30 day Challenge, Day 4 = 92 minutes of "Yoga X"
I bend about as well as a steel rod. Yoga x is no joke and is surely advanced for me but nonetheless, I am done.
In addition, I completed 6 flights of stairs and 30 minutes on the elliptical at the gym.
Today's calorie burn = just under 800 calories.
I was HUNGRY after the gym today. I made some poor choices as a result. Planning my nutrition better on "extra" workout days is going to be essential. Despite todays lunch flop, I am still in the negative for caloric intake today so thank God for small successes.
I am going to continue to focus on success through proper diet and putting 100% into my fitness challenge. I am looking forward to posting before and after pictures that show progress!
